B16 motor info. needed

What's up people, i need a littel help in my b16 jdm motor. Need to change some parts but don't know what motor it matches.On the motor it has b16 right below that theres a number that starts with 50026. When i brought the motor they said it matches a 94 delso motor. I went to buy parts and the 94 delso dose not fit. If you can help with any info, it would be greet. Thank You.

What specific parts are you talking about? Did you get the parts specifically from the Del Sol VTEC, and not the S or Si trim?

I'm looking for a starter, spark plugs, just the basic part to do a tune-up. I told the parts person a 94 delso vtec 1.6. When I brought the motor that's all they told me. They said that the JDM motor is the same as the delso vtec usdm motor.

There are 2 1.6L vtec engine in the Del Sol, the SOHC D16Z6 and the DOHC B16A. You probably got the parts for a D16Z6, instead of the B16A.
