B-Series/Bravo/Bounty/Drifter Bravo is the Australian vesion, Bounty the New Zealand version and Drifter the South African version.

How do I program a keyless remote for a "99" B4000

Hello, I bought a keyless remote for my husbands "99" B4000 but the seller forgot to send the instructions with it, anyone know the combination to program it?
