02 Saturn Transmission

Working on an 02 Saturn SL2 with a 2 - 3 upshift and 3 - 2 downshift flare. Fluid level good, condition normal. Pressure control solenoid code, and intermittent shift timing code present. Found trans wire harness connector burnt at port that controls pcs, replaced connector, still have same problem. But codes are now gone, any suggestions?

Possibly a new pressure control soleniod may be the answer. I would replace it while replacing and tightening the input shaft nut to 111 ft/lbs.

Any reverse slam? Last fluid and filter change? (should be every 10k-15k miles)
