Clicking coming from center console shift area?
I have a clicking coming from my shift area right underneath the center colsole area. Its insids the car. I can hear it if I slowly switch between gears if and then it will click randomly.
I also have problems getting my key out of ignition somtimes I have too move my shifter from park and then back in to park to get the key out. It sounds like the solonoid is clicking? Any ideas? Honda Passport 99 Ex Automatic 142K |

Re: Clicking coming from center console shift area?
Sounds like the shifter lock-out solenoid is sticking or has a bad connection.
