Noise under intake cover

I have a 2002 325i and it has started makeing a noise that sound like a belt whistleing but seems to be under the black cover over the intake goes away if you just speed the engine up very very little any ideas what this could be

My sons car has the same "squeak" under the cover. I thought it was the belt but it's coming from under the cover. It sure sounds like a squeaking belt. The sound comes and goes.

Ok if your intake cover is located over the radiator fan that... Than may be hearing your radiator fan are you sure your hearing the air box?

I am sure it not the air box or the fan its kind of a ratteling sound
