1991 gmc suburban stearing problems

i got a 91 burban 1/2 ton 4x4. they told me i needed a frame repair kit but found out i was missing the bottom bolt fixed that. the problem is it only turnes about 70% to the left the right is fine also when turing left the leaf spring shifts can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
