I have a 1997 honda prelude and i went to the auto zone oer here nd they cold not tell me what type of tranny fluid goes in my car. the problem is that every where I go the tell me the same thing, that if my care is an ls it uses a difrent one than the normal lude. But i cant tell what model I have becouse when I bought my car it had all the emblems shaved in the back. can someone help me with the type I need and how I figure what type I need. thank you for all youre help in advance.

For a 100% Right answer, call your local Honda dealer. That would be the easiest. They sell their own ATF and MTF at the dealership.
