Seat movement issue

Yesterday I had used my Grandparents suburban to take to school and check out the Ac Well. I had to move the seat back to drive it. Took it to school had a tech 2 scanner hooked up to it. I went in and out of the bcm to see if there were any climate control dtcs

Shot some dye in the system and found the leak etc.

I got a call that now the seat has no movement. I know I moved it all the way back but I was not aware that going in and checking fot dtcs in the bcm would cause this issue. now I do not have school till next week and my grandma can not drive her truck because it is to far from the wheel.

It is a 1999 k1500 Suburban With power seats. I am unsure of heat . They are cloth

has anyone dealed with this issue or is there something I am missing about the seat needing to go back up.

Thank you much!
