Ok so i have a 1990 Crx Dx. I did the DPFI to Mpfi conversion. I ordered the harness made for the conversion. I have the Zc ecu. The car runs on all four cylinders but only if you are spraying starter fluid directly into the intake. None of the injectors are spraying fuel. The fuel pump works. It gets gas all the way to the fuel rail the idk. Any help would be appreciated. I just need to know what you think is wrong.

Re: Crx Zc Injector problems
retarded main relay, bad CPS, incorrect injectors, incorrect injector firing order, bad resistor box, FPR stuck open, dirty/clogged injectors, a few other things.

Re: Crx Zc Injector problems
rent or buy an injector test noid light, plug it up, one harness at a time see if it blinks when you try to start it. if not, its your harness. does a zc ecu work w/ the swap?

Re: Crx Zc Injector problems
ZC and Si wiring are the same, less the CPS, which on the ZC is on the second cam, on the Si it's part of the dizzy.
Maybe the plug-in harness still required some wiring to be done by the owner? You should check the directions.. just to make sure. |
