'97 blazer with no spark
Just some information for anybody, finally found problem. One of the pink wires to the vcm only had 9.0 volts, traced back to passenger side lower dash panel. removed panel and found plug with correct wire. It appears that when truck was mfg. they bent one of the pins in the plug. It wasn't making good contact, amazing it lasted for 11 yrs. Finally engine start and runs, after alot of head scratching and a couple of hundred $. This probably would have been $1000.00 at dealer ship, maybe less.
