Question need advice

should I paint my panel line before or after clearcoating

After....that's my opinion anyway...

You should do window trim and panel lines after clearcoating.

I know for the window trims
but I wasnt sure for the panel lines

After, you want the panel lines to be a flat or matt finish, not gloss.
