Civic Clean-up Project Day 2

A friend of mine called me up earlier, said he needed me to come help him get some seats out of a buick. so I said ok, I'll be over in a bit. He took me back to a hidden junkyard (had no idea it was there and it was on my paper route) while we were ripping shit out of the buick he said "Oh, by the way, there's a CRX up there maybe it's got some parts on it" so I go up there and what do I see? a 88/89 CRX Si. I look it over, it was pretty much stripped but was still in decent shape, no engine though, I looked at the steering column and opened it up, but couldn't use anything out of it, I then look at the headlights and both are in great shape. I just notice some wires hanging over the side of it and it was the Si wiring harness! I grabbed it, fuse box and all and put it in his truck, when we got to the JY owner I asked how much he wanted for the wiring harness and he said "$10 should do it" I paid him and now I have a Si engine harness for the EX. I then asked how much he wants for the headlights off of it and he said $20/ea

I'm now heading out to do some more work on the EX, hopefully moving it. Will let ya know how other things turn out today.

What a find!! $20 / headlight!! Damn, I would kill for a deal like that, my left one has a hole in it.

Looks like you got a pretty good deal on the harness too.
