It's is a lot but you've got to remember that you can't buy them from Ferrari. So someone bought one as an investment, drove 80 miles to see what it was like and then will sell it for more then they bought it for. Probably the most rapidly raising investment better then a house would in a property boom.

Those cars are a realy good investment, they will only increase in value over the years. this is because they are so rare.
I would take 3 murcielago's if I had the choice!
