Question removing fuel lines

hi my name is ryan i bought a 95 chevy blazer 4.3L vortec with CMFI vinW. and within a week i had a collant leak (radiator hoes and thermostat blew at the time i thought my head gasket had blown but it hadent and a bolt broke in the thermostat housing and me and a friend tried to drill it out. my friend messed up the drilling and now i need to replace my upper intake manifold. otherwise i wil have a serious vacum leak. so im working on replacing the upper manifold i removed all the bolts but i cant figure out how i remove the fuel lines coming into the intake itsef. ive already removed the fuel injectors and obveusly the disrubtor is out too. if anyone can help that would be really appreciated thank you.
