92 f-150 5.0 liter Check Engine Light (code 33)

I need help with this one, anyone! Check engine light comes on after the the 2 minute loop.

Pulled code 33

(egr valve position (EVP) sensor or pressure feedback EGR (PFE) sensor indicates EGR is not opening., or EGR Valve Position (EVP) sensor or Pressure feedback (PFE) sensor indicates EGR valve not seated (closed) properly.

I have replaced the EGR Valve, EGR Valve Position Sensor, and the EGR control Solenoid. Still get the check engine light and keep pulling the same code 33. Any suggestions as to what I am overlooking? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Randy

You need to take it back apart and clean the carbon off of it with a wire brush.

Found the problem! The green vacuum line going to the EVP was cracked down along the valve cover, inside the conduit. Since you do not get vacuum to the EGR til you are under load I never heard the vacuum leak. Hope that my frustration helps someone else down the road that has this issue.
