HLJ vs Hobby Search

Hey was just wondering which is better?
going to put in an order sometime soon.

i know hobby search is cheaper usually 10% and then gives you points for every purchase for more discounts in the future.

But then everyone here raves about HLJ alot more, just wondering why?

i ordered from both before, acsue hlj carried more things then hoby search, but thats all i can see for diffrences.

My preference is with HS, mainly coz they are cheaper and the points system is good thing too.

I have used Hobby Search once, but HLJ a lot.

I prefer HLJ as they are a bit quicker, you get about 3-4 Emails regarding the status of your order and you get an order number that you can use to check your order onllne. It maybe a tad more expensive, but I can live with that.

Since you are in the US I would reccomend HLJ. You can't beat the UPS rate HLJ gets. Their shipping rates are considerably lower and faster than the EMS service HS uses. I usually order from HS only to get items HLJ does not carry.

Thanks for the comments.. going to place my order now at Hobby search for a few things... they carry things that hlj doesnt carry right now. like those mini rc cars.

but if i were to just order cars, i'll do hlj next time

I use both and they work out about the same cost by the time they are sent.
HS i find is alot quicker though

That may be true to New Zealand but to the States HLJ uses UPS instead of EMS or SAL. That rate is fantastic! Especially since it takes only 2 days to arrive once it has shipped out. Again, that's only on orders to the US.
