1989 F150

I have a 1989 F150 4x4 that died and wont start. I pulled a spark plug and got no spark. I have changed ignition switch,coil and EGR relay could it be in the ditriburtor. Please help

If you have an Autozone or similar nearby, you can probably take your ignition module there and have them bench test it.

I agree. Ford modules do not last forever. Unlike other ignition parts failures, the module either works perfectly or not at all, so it gives you no warning of impending failure.
Especially if the original is still in the vehicle, I would strongly suspect it's gone bad.

I believe it is located on the side of the distributor, (but I am not absolutely sure on your model). It should have 3 wires hanging off it.
You may need a 4.5 mm socket to remove it, which is an unusual size, but a good parts store should be able to supply you with one.
