305 heads

i have 2 sets of 305 heads

one are 378450

and the other are 354434

which heads are better as in which flow better and which ones will give more power on a 305

They both spec the same although the 450 heads have the 7th exhaust manifold bolt.

maybe it is a 6 its really hard to read . . . so they are the same?
