Laguna II problems!!

I have a Y reg laguna, it has a few issues. The first one is i dont know how much petrol i have. The needle stays at the bottom, the petrol light is on and the stop light is on. It was working fine before that.

Problem 2. The indercater does not switch itself of after turning,

problem 3, the rear wiper does not work.

If anyone can help me with this i would really appriciate it. Thanks.
