Rattling doors on bumps

When i go over bumps with my 2004 ext the drivers door and back door on same side seem to rattle as if they are loose. It doesn't seem to do this on the right side. The carproof report said this truck has never been accidented.Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Re: Rattling doors on bumps

Make sure the door and tailgate close properly, have someone ride in the rear to try and pinpoint the source, there is no way that we can pinpoit this without driving and checking these things onsite. MY 2002 does not exhibit this problem at 105k.

Re: Rattling doors on bumps

If you look at the door latch and striker unless one component is loose, there is no way the door can be moved vertically to cause this, now if the strikers are misadjusted horizontly the door could be loose against the opening, look at these issues.
