2000 4wd blazer makes a loud humming noise
My Blazer was making a humming noise an shaking a bit when i drove. I checked the wheels and the passenger wheel moved so i figured it was the bearings. So i changed the bearing hub and took it for a drive and it is still humming. anyone have an idea what this could be?

Does it do it in all gears? Hot or cold or all time. Does road surface change the noise?

Re: 2000 4wd blazer makes a loud humming noise
Does noise change when you turn the steering a little right or left going down the road at a steady speed 40-55 mph?
Does it do it more or change under a load or letting up on it coasting/ Have you checked the rear wheel bearings and carrier bearing and u joints? Any rought treaded tires? You might want to get a repair shop test drive it. A good trained ear may be able to spot the noise. Good luck MT
