3.0l overheating
98 caravan after sitting about 10 minutes idling with a/c on all of a sudden
temp gauge starts going up. Revved up engine and started coming down. Fans are working fine. Kicking on, but temp still goes up. Water pump is fairly new, no leaks, but reservoir tank was low. could I have a thermostat problem. Just happened at lunch going to check radiator level when it cools down. |

Re: 3.0l overheating
well after filling up, now I am getting about 5 drips after parking. looks like coolant. water pump only has about 15 k on it. can't see where it is coming
from. near the bottom of the crankshaft area. not big enough to trace |

Re: 3.0l overheating
what a dumbass I am. I didn't even think of using a mirror to help. very
good idea. I am going to do that when I get home. |
