94 7.3 e350 no start

van was running and just died. I researched and found no fuel pressure. Replaced fuelpump and still wont start but there is a constant clicking from plug plug relay. need help blocking driveway.

If this is the green relay with four prongs you can make a jumper and jump the two large terminals normal size. If it starts buy a new relay. Use a heavy no.12 wire and two male plug ends.
Look for corrision under the relays and check fuses.
