94 suburban ac fan problem

my 94 suburban ac fan is intermittent. Sometimes works fine. Sometimes cuts on and off with a clicking sound coming from under the dash about middle. Sometimes doesn't work at all. Also recently noticed that tach and speedometer go haywire intermittently. Any ideas? Thanks, Mark
