1998 Z71 Silverado windshield wipers
The windshield wiper will work only when I turn on & off repeatedly, maybe 20 to 30 times. Then it will work only in high speed. Cant figure it out. HELP.

Had a similar problem with my '98 Sub (and the timing was not good). I replaced the circuit board in the wiper motor and all is good.
