Link to engine ID codes?

I have a pulled EFI motor and was looking for a source so that I might know the year of the motor and maybe the manufacturing city. I have been unsuccessful in lcating anything for suzuki cars on the web. The # I have in the block is g10s128929. Many other issues to work out later once this is solved.

OK judging by a previous post and a suzuki motorcycle sight I have a '95. There are 5 bolts on the main pulley. I think for my purposes I will need to scrap out the EFI and carburate it. I will be doing a full rebuild(bearings, head, and rings). I am just guessing because I can Spin not just turn the crank by hand with it full of oil that it needs work. Besides the fact that I wanted to tear it apart anyway.

Thanks in advance.
