97 lx 4 cyl , stalls

This thing just dies every now and again when i stop but starts right back up . I'm thinking low voltage my wife drives it and she playes the radio full blast even thought the amp is turned down . It is running a 1000 watt Alpine amp pushing a Kicker CVR 10" sub . I'm not in town to check it and she don't know if it does it anly when evry thing is on or not , any suggestions also the alternator has been replaced with a rebuilt one for more amps and 15.1 volts at throttle and 14.4 at idle .
