RVR 1997 - Gas blockage

My 1997 RVR, appears to have a problem with the petrol flow which results in the jeep cutting out when slowing down or won't start . Fuel injection pump, fuel pump and MAP sensor all have been changed.Has anyone experienced the same problem or has the solution to rectify the problem. Unfortunaetly my jeep is too old for the diagnostic machine to outline problem or P code.

sounds like the idle air control valve you may be able to correct it by increasing the idle speed but normally the valve would have to be replaced clean the throttle body with carby cleaner when you replace the valve
