What 4 wire do you need to find?
Did it come with any wiring instructions?

Re: 2005 Trailblazer Ext Brake Controler Hookup

You have to buy a plug from the place where you bought the brake controller.
They tell you what wires to connect on the male plug. The female plug is located within 18 inchs of the brake petal it sits on the floor. Use a flashlight and look. The two plugs have to fit properly.
Do a google search for a wiring diagram for your vehicle. Champion trailers have some. Normally the new hitches use a seven wire plug. Places like Northern equipment sell adapters and should sell the plugs some parts stores have them.
If you bought an original equipment hitch look for a cardboard box behind the seat with a plug in it use this one.
Normally they sell a Chevrolet,Ford and Chrysler plug get the proper plug.
