btsi troubles

Hey people,
I have a 2000 pontiac grand prix se.....anyone know how I can disable or bypass the solenoid on the center shift console...I am just getting tired of using the shift release....also I need to disable or bypass the solenoid for the key lock........any information would be helpful.............thanks
