2001 RAV4 AC Problem/ Goes on and OFF

Hi Guys,
I have a 2001 Rav4 FWD with about 71000 miles. I recently noticed that when i turn on my AC, it starts working properly by blowing cold air and suddenly the AC turns off , the light goes off and no air comes out of the vents. Any ideas? It basically goes off and then turns backs on. And it goes off and on again. Has anyone seen this before?

Saw it after overservicing a system once. Compressor would cycle on and off every 5 seconds or so. Is there a regular time interval or is it more random. If it's random I would suspect an electrical problem. Is the belt tight?

Likely either freon is overcharged (if you had service recently) or undercharged (if you have a leak).
