Does this look ok?

Does this look ok for a 1st layer top coat?? Do i have to do some sanding??

I don't know should I?? Cause its not a metallic and i read from the FAQ that you only need to clear coat when its metallic....

you should cuz even if it's not metallic ...the paint will be smoother

It is a metallic. Clearcoat it for best results!
