Talking timing for 89 jeep wrangler 4.2L

hello! i just got into an 89 jeep wrangler 4.2L and need to check my timing but have no clue as to what is should be! help me please?!

I've got my 87 set at 9 degrees. IIRC the timing marks run from the bottom, closest to the drivers side, up,
-2
0
+2
+4
+6
+8
+10

I think there are a couple more past +10, but you won't need them.

Unplug the coolant tempature sensor too,this is one step of checking the timing on Chrysler products that can be timed with a timing light.
