techincally it can but your lines will rot. change the lines and it can but if you are in a cold enviroment you will need heaters goto biodiesel.infopop.cc they are a better source

If you want to drive the car and have fuel system issues that would require expensive repairs that would in use up all the fuel savings you get, go for it. Problems will happen it is a matter of time. If I was getting ready to junk the car I would try it.
