Why do people cry when they get caught doing something illegal?

My brother, convinced my entire family he's allowed to drive his car (turbo), and tonight, lost his license because he is driving a turbo car.

Now he is having a massive cry about it.

This is the same type of people who cry and bitch that they get caught speeding, people take extreme lengths like court action against the RTA and the police to fight their fines.

Well..

No offence..

but

IF YOU WERN'T DRIVING AN ILLEGAL CAR, OR SPEEDING, OR RUNNING RED LIGHTS IN THE FIRST PLACE, YOU WOULDN'T BE IN THIS SITUATION YOU STUBBORN C**T.

That's a load of my chest.

Thank you, and good night.

The realisation of having to face the consequences of your actions.

My cousin cried when she got caught doing 65 in a 35mph after 2 months into getting her license... got out of a ticket. She then proceeded to total the car after running a red light then crashing into palm trees. Wanna know the worst part? I consider her a good driver compared to the rest of Tampa, Florida... and I come from NYC area.

It's illegal to drive turbo cars? Not a world I want to live in.

Florida drivers...ugh. I still think Orlando wins, well, Hollywood is pretty bad but it doesn't count consider all the non-Floridians there.

I usually get mad when I get caught. I always think "doesn't he have something better to do besides......"

I save the crying for the important stuff.....like the part in "I am legend" where he had to kill his dog....... ...I mean, uh.....*runs away crying*

You have to look at the person doing it. They're probably a wuss by nature, or their probably contemplating the jail sentence they'll have to serve. I've done waaay worse that "illegally drive" and I just held my head up and knew it would get better.

I have been smuggling my turbo around like a little felon for over two years now.

Ignorance for the law is no excuse! Supercharge your ride.

Australia has a very strict vehicle construction code. Modded vehicles have to be plated as such (I think).

The threadstarter can correct me if I'm wrong...

he wasn't speeding, he's 19 on his green p's, not much experience but he recons he's the best on the road, heh!

7 demerit points down, just waiting on the decision, he's been granted a provision to drive at work

Because, sometimes it is a way to get out of the situation, or at least to try to. Or they feel stupid and guilty for what they did. Humiliation ect. The list goes on and on. Though at the same time if something bad enough they should pay for what they did. Though it all depends on what was done and who did it, ect.

And sometimes it's an actual outcome of true remorse rather than humility without remorse or an artificial attempt to “get out of the situation”.
