too good to be true?

i know ebay is good and all, and you can find good deals there, but is this too good of a deal for a monitor?
what's wrong with this picture?

hard to say ... I obviously can't see the quality of the pic. Maybe they made a lot purchase of a discontinued item or maybe they are "gray" units (items not meant for sale in the US).
