99 Mustang 3.8L

I took my car in to read the codes, and Autozone said:
Cylinder 1 misfire
Cylinder 2 misfire
Any ideas on what could possibly be wrong? Ive checked spark on both, maybe not as strong as it could be, but it is sparking. Any other things I might be overlooking?

Re: 99 Mustang 3.8L

might wanna perform a cylinder leak down test. However I doubt It's a compression leak since it's 1&2 cylinder.
