1983 S-10 Self-Diagnostic Jumpers on ALDL Connector

1983 S-10 2wd pickup, 2.8L V6, Vin B.

What are the correct connector pins to jump to activate the self-diagnostic on the computer ALDL connection device? The ALDL connection has two rows, but only the bottom row layout has any electrical connectors inside.
