94 Gt Won't Switch From Defrost To Vents

94 Gt The Car Is On A/c But Won't Change From The Defrost Vents To The Dash Vents Is There A Way To Manually Switch Or A Part That Needs Replacing Has Anyone Had This Problem Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

I think that is controlled by vacuum lines in the dash.
