Does anyone know this Make and Model?

My friend wants to purchase this car to restore it, however, we do not know the make or model to do any research on avalibility of replacement parts. Any response would help. Thanks!

Buick Riviera, most likely 1963, which was their first year of production.
(It possibly might be a '64)
