2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT
I was looking at a Bronze Grand Prix for sale last night. I noticed the rear back right muffler had a hole in it, needing to be replaced. The seller wants 4500 for the car. It has a sun roof, digital gas and oil change reader thing, really good body condition. Does anyone know how much stock Cat. back exhaust cost to buy from a aftermarket company or GM?

Re: 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix GT
Do you need a whole cat-back or just the right muffler? Just a muffler should run you 120 or so plus 50 to install (including cutting the tip and putting it on the new muffler). I would think you could run a cat-back (including a new cat) for about 70 for the cat (I've seen magnaflow at this price), maybe 50-100 for the pipe to the mufflers and mufflers at about 120 a pop, plus tips, unless you reuse stock. I think you could swing it for less than 500 at a good privately owned shop...keep in mind I'm giving you Canadian prices, it may be cheaper in the US.
