can u guys help me with this one.. i hav 06 mazda 3 2.3 ... i was about to do a change oil..but the problem is i cant find the location of the oil filter.

Dude, did you remove the under engine cover? yes the big black one holded by 7 10mm bolts and a big hole on it. You will se a black lid behind the radiator with a little allen bolt, unscrew it and you will find a filter cartridge, try to buy it OEM and DON'T FORGET TO CHANGE THE O-RINGS AND DON'T OVERTIGHT THE PLASTIC LID OR YOU COULD BREAK IT AND SERIOUS DAMAGE TO ENGINE WILL BE THE NEXT THING! Now go ahead. I think the wrench for removing the filter lid is a 76-78mm 14 flutes, but i am not sure wright now, i can let you know for sure on monday night, if you are going to change the oil and filter by yourself you shoul buy it using some other similar wrenches will damage the lid.
