No radio or clock/temp.

Hi All.

I recently refitted the original stereo to my S plate Laguna ready to be sold but now it wont power up. There is also no power to the clock/temp display on top of the dash. I have checked all the fuses and they are fine and everything else works as it should. It isnt the stereo as I have checked it in another car plus I have checked with a volt meter on the terminal with both the engine on and off and there is no power at all. The stereo has the steering control that plugs into the back of the clock/temp display and the stereo and I had used an aftermarket adapter to use with my Sony stereo, not sure if this has anything to do with this though.

Any ideas on where to look next?
