high flow cat questions?

Hi, I have a 1995 Acura Integra LS non-Vtec, i currently have a short ram intake, custom duel exaust (2.5" from rear axle, then split off into 2 3.5" mufflers). I do have a 50 shot of nitrous but I hardly ever use it (1 tank is good for like half a year.....) anyways, I think my car may of even lost HP from my exaust because there is barly any backpressure? would i loose more HP by adding a High flow cat? or would i get more power?

Hmm wow that was a very good story (i printed it off) it did say alot making me think more that a high flow cat would be better. Does anyone have a highflow cat on a LS daily driver? would i gain anything from it or would it be a waste of money? from the article it sounds like i should buy it and try it first... but i dont have that kinda money to blow if it doesnt work for me.

High flow cats can run a pretty penny. I said it before and I'll say it again. Get a test pipe. It's cheaper. All you have to do if you have emission testing in your state is replace it with the factory cat for about an hour and it takes at the most half an hour to swap. I got a GSR test pipe and it's more like a resonator so it's not real loud. Ran me anout 70 bucks.
