Money's not an issue (modding Q)

I have a '04 CE that I planned on fooling around with and upgrading as much as I can, I was planning on adding a fulll turbo kit and a cold air intake which comes to about $3500 and boosts the Hp by at least 100, most likely about 120 horses more. My question what should my fuel efficiency look like after this and what should my top speed end up being. I'm currently getting 38 mpg's and I know it will go down significantly.I don't want any preaching about "don't do it" either, just give a straight answer.
