5.7 runs well for 15to20 miles,then loses power worse on hills . as long as you back off on throttle it keeps going. has always made it to destination,but sometimes a bit slowly! new fuel pump,newfilter(filter seems to help some)once you stop for a while runs well again.any input appreciated,it does have 199000 miles but all else is still good .
