Power steering Line Leak

I'm going on vacation tomororw and today I hear a whiney noise from the power steering. Turns out theres a leak in the line right underneath the passengerside tire. I have no idea what they would route the line down in a circle and run back up inside...long story short, one of the elbows is rusted out. I'm in a hurry to fix this somehow, I was thinking of cutting the elbow out, and attaching a high pressure elbow joint, BUT I don't know the size of the hose
I was also thinking about just replacing the whole line, but It seems like a tight spot to get into, and I can only life the car up a foot or 2 from the ground with my jacks. Is it possible to replace the line without having the car jacked up 6 feet off the ground ?
Oh, and here's a picture of the problem, I got it from another forum, but the I'm kinda iffy if it'll work and I don't know if cooling will be a problem .
