bbk 85mm throttle body whistle???

hey..i just put an 85mm bbk throttle body..attached to my bbk ssi manifold..well anyways its whistles everytime when you first touch the gas,, its pretty annoying..but it didnt do it with stock tb so i know its something to do with this one..anyone have any ideas? anything to do with the spacer maybe?
