Scientific Question
ya know how when your in school you learn that the plural of Nucleus is Nuclei ??
well would the same rule apply for Lexus and Prius ??? would it be Lexi and Priei ??

ummmm no. nucleus and nuclei follow latin root ending words, the plural of a singular word ending in -us, which is nominative case changes to an ending of -i.
anyway.. that's always how i've rationalized it. i guess if you wanted to try, lexus, having the x in it would have to be the same in plural. and prius would have to be prii (ick, i know that looks weird but with 4 years of latin.. lots of stuff looks weird.) eh... but isn't nucleus a greek word?... my mindless babble has been killed... oh well...that;s the long and drawn out way of me saying, i don't know... if you can make it sound cool, who'se to say it's not a real word, ask them to proove it isn't if they ask you to prove it is.
