Speed or Rev limiter

Got a P71 for my 16 year old and was wondering. Anyone know how to add a speed or rev limiter to this that would keep it below 65mph. I just want to keep the kid alive.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Speed or Rev limiter

They do have a limiter already, The P71 models are higher then other models. Try calling a ford dealership, maybe their scantool might be able to lower the limiter.

Re: Speed or Rev limiter

the only thing I have seen on the PDS is turn it on or off. They might be able to do more with the laptop at dealership
